This is a reassembled barn circa 1850. The gable entry barn is 38'x38'. This is an interrupted tie frame with the interior posts rising to the rafter. A unique feature of this frame is that the vast majority of the posts are chestnut. We added the smaller section which is a new frame cut from antique timber. This will be a barn house conversion.
