This is a 24'x28' frame with an attached 12'x28' shed. The timber frame is Hemlock and Oak. The design incorporates a wedged dovetail (dropped tie) and the English Tying Jiont (at the gables). The frame is completely lofted over for a full second floor. While this frame will be used as a barn, the design would be great for a small two bedroom house. It is located in Lincoln, Mass.
